Radiators and the rest of the cooling system removed. Throttle, sway bar cables off, brakes and clutch disconnected. Rady to split the car.
So one of the engine cradle bolts didn't want to come out. Tried jacking it every which way, gentle tapping with a hammer etc... And then dad said " do you think there could be another nut on this one?" Guess what? there was. There was the better part of an hour of frustration and wasted time. WHo would've thought? Two jetnuts on this bolt? But there it was and off it came, no hassles....
At long last, the car is split.
Old engine is put on D-Rings and placed on the original Honda HPD pallet. Another VICORY for the Maisey boys!
